Watch how fast their development will be completed and in use while the east Riverwalk going through the for Uniroyal site that was almost completed last year after 7 years of developing won't be completed until this fall. Windsor is more serious in using grant money to develop it's project in a timely manner and not just sit on it

Windsor still hasn't figured out what to do with its riverfront besides planting grass and trees. A permanent outdoor stage was built but it's deserted 90% of the time. An innovative proposal to add a beacon built around a restored SW&A streetcar, interactive display on the history of streetcars in Windsor, washrooms and concession stands was floated but nothing came of that.
