It does concern the city and state if he becomes governor.

The thing is in all of this they are charging people simply for attending and then they are going to have to prove that he was there specifically for what they are charging him with.

Which they have not listed, there were people there that thought they were just attending a march on the capital.

So they have to prove intent, otherwise we could charge anybody from any protest that became violent, simply for being there at the time.

If people in Michigan decided to march on the state capital in protest of high taxes, can you call it an insurrection like the British did and use that to arrest everybody ?

Be careful what you wish for,it may not effect you today but it can always be flipped on you tomorrow.

They used cell phone pings to find out everybody that was within a certain distance of the building on that day, lots of people that live around there that were simply walking their dog or taking out the trash and had nothing to do with it had to answer to the police and homeland security as to what they were doing,so they were approached as already being guilty and they had to prove they were innocent.

Imagine drinking your morning coffee and swat is banging on your door because you took the trash out the day before.

Pretty sloppy reporting though, just enough to inflame without actually providing any details.

He was there but where was he ? In the building ? It’s not the first time a politician participated in a protest that overwhelmed the floor of that building during a time when important decisions were being made.

    People conveniently forget those times.

Youguy, I think he was walking his dog, and he walked in to take a dump. Not the dog; him.

And he failed to clean up and remove the poop as required by ordinance. Not the dog's, his own.
