It probably will take a few years being that many national chain businesses or restaurants are put on back burners. Ask Rhiana whom after 2 years of announcing Savage X Fenty opening of Woodward still nothing.
Two businesses that are still sitting that haven't open yet and still sitting dormant are Savage X Fenty and The Peach Cobbler Factory. I wonder what the status on both.
I see that Dunkin Donuts, Chick Fil A, and Chipotle are planning to open in downtown Detroit. Too bad they couldn't open before the NFL draft
Peach Cobbler is opening this spring according to their Facebook page, and someone on reddit said Savage X Fenty is still happening.
A vacant storefront in Capitol Park, previously occupied by a pet boutique CITY BARK, appears to be getting filled.
A document taped on the door indicates that 'Juice Box Blend', a smoothie/juicery/ice cream shop/dessert cafe in Hamtramck, is seeking to open in this commercial space in the Griswold Building
