In all fairness, there are some legitimately nice faux-downtowns in the suburbs of other major cities:

To name a few:

*Legacy in Plano [[Dallas)
*Avalon in Alpharetta [[Alpharetta)
*Reston Town Center [[DC)

I don't have any confidence in Warren executing anything nearly as nice/impressive though.
