About a decade ago I confronted a high school aged GP hockey player who insisted on referring to the Zamboni driver with the n-word, while his friends snickered:
"All that money and not a lick of class."
I had the Cass Tech grad and a DPS teacher covering my back.
There was, unfortunately, a whole lot of racist bs going on in those
locker rooms, and not just the kids.
