Actually Russia goes after organized crime with a vengeance, useing methods that would make seal teams blush.

Not to be confused with Russian Oligarchs whose methods are now being mimicked by powerful companies in the United States, which is more of a dangerous path to go down then with organized crime.

There was a factory in Russia that was having a labor dispute, they shut it down saying the workers would not get paid until they agree to the factory’s terms.

Putin flys in there and tells the owners,by the time my plane lands back in Moscow you better have a resolution with the workers and the factory open,or I am going to take the factory.

The politics of Russia and their way of doing things has not changed for the most part, they do as a country what they feel is in their best interests.

They remain a threat and would like nothing more then to regain countries that gained independence and bring them back under their wing.

We need to keep an eye on them but when we look at Cold War levels of what is going on,China makes Russia look like amateurs, the scary part is they have the full support of most Americans that can be bought for $1 savings,no matter how many of their fellow citizens crash and burn in the process.

When Trump first started in real estate in New York, everything that surrounded it was controlled by the mafia, you did not get anything done without dealing with them,so it stands to reason he may have brushed shoulders with them, along with everybody else.

it is no different then most eastern block or South America countries even African nations, you want to get anything done, you have to send the envelopes up the line.

That is why Trump demanded accountability in foreign aid, remember the kickback from both parties?

If you look at the history of going after Trump with a vengeance,it really started with the whole Ukraine aspect, the Ukraine at that time had very lax banking and was a well known international money washing and hiding facility,he made a lot of people very nervous, and he got spanked for it.

You send 1 million dollars to most countries at the very minimum 50% of the aid will never reach the intended people it was supposed to help.

They just sent what $5 or $10 million to Pakistan out of the stimulus package for gender studies?

While knowing full well they shoot and jail gays, what do you think they are going to do with those who do not know what gender they really are?

So who got the money, who got the kick back?

The problem in this country is we are going down the road of the optics of a politician instead of paying attention to the actual policies.

I agree with Trump as an economic nationalist and a lot of other things but I do not agree with the whole cell phone thing and border patrol as outlined in the other thread.

Problem is everybody was so concerned with the man they lost site of what was happening, that should have been a bi-partisan concern, cannot do that when we are caught up in the smoke n mirrors.
