I noticed this is the HDC meeting agenda for this week, the owner of the 4100 block of Woodward is planning a complete renovation with a market on the first floor and I believe they intend to eliminate the second floor.
Given the proposal, I would assume this would eliminate the florist, Union Street, and Midtown Liquor.
