The fear in Rachel Smiglewski only last[ed] for a few moments when three would-be carjackers approached her in the parking lot of the Target store on Pardee Road in Taylor.

Don't try this at home but she chased them! And they were caught!

I think they should now charge the parents as they were teenagers and parents are responsible for the actions of their teenagers.
