May I ask what does a President-elect's cabinet pick of someone that doesn't even live in Michigan have to do with Detroit?

Seriously, she's completely detached from Michigan and Detroit and she couldn't care less. The second she stopped being governor she ran out of state, ran from all the problems she made. I can't stand her.
