It's awfully tough to prove that the Philadelphia election was rigged when you are using bogus data, and an incorrect voting machine vendor.

Second, manipulating data on an Excel spreadsheet through "Fraction Magic" isn't evidence of anything. It certainly doesn't prove voter fraud. I'm a little rusty at Excel, but I'm sure I could prepare a spreadsheet showing Biden was the winner in Florida if I wanted to waste the time on a useless effort.
