The proposed building is called the Inspiration Tower from Inspiration Group of Companies based out of Mississauga. It's one of six 16 storey condo towers proposed for downtown for a total of 1,414 condo units. That doesn't include the 16 storey Glenkash Luxury Suites that was proposed 2 years ago at the northwest corner of Victoria and Park Street https://windsorstar.com/news/local-n...box=1600135800New tower, 16 floors 119 units proposed for the corner of Wyandotte and Ouellette.

What's been fueling all these new condo proposals in Windsor has been the rapidly rising residential real estate prices:
"The average price for August 2020 was $430,810, up from $336,472 in August 2019." https://windsor.ctvnews.ca/mobile/av...mJDtQIKDespite
In 2010, the average residential home sales price in Windsor was $163,054. Ten years later, it's $430,810.
Windsor is catching up.
This is a solid project on the northern edge of downtown. I hope this is an indication of increased development in downtown Windsor. The investment by U of W and St. Clair College is a start.
Not the greatest design in the world, but it’s still a nice addition. And it’s always nice to see a surface parking lot being built on.
Are there any renderings available for the 5 other towers mentioned in that article?
6?? Jesus, what do the other ones look like? locations?
It's about time Windsor start building some high-rises, considering it's very high rate of growth.
