True, the Mueller Report found no evidence of collusion with Russia and famously didn't make a decision on his obstruction of justice, because he couldn't.

“If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so,” Mueller declared.

Why would an innocent man obstruct justice in the investigation?
Probably because he's pro-Russia. Better yet, why would the President go against his own intelligence agencies and say that he believes Vladi Putin that Russia didn't meddle in our election?
