looks like we'll have a near-fully activated Woodward corridor from Mack/MLK to Fisher in a few years – all that's left will be the two lots at Temple/Woodward. that's pretty awesome!
Older renders indicate a green roof on the Target space. With that and the courtyard it would make for a dramatic stormwater retention strategy and desirable views out of both residential buildings. Wonder if that made it through the VE process?
