Make it THEIR problem [[plural mother+father), not the rest of society.
I should not pay 1 cent because 2 people fucked around and made a kid, they didn't want, didn't expect and damn sure cannot pay for.
Labor penalties need to be very harsh, force people to think first, before they whip it out for that momentary pleasure. Be responsible, or else.
