This is not new; how many companies do you try to call, and you have to navigate an incomprehensible maze of phone menus in order to try to get information, and in some cases you simply can't reach a human at all? -

What I hate is the automated phone menus where you have to state all of you're personal info plus account number, then when you reach a human the first thing they ask is for you're personal info and account number!

Then when you're handed off to the next person - it starts all over again.
