    What's the plural of more than Michigander? Michigandii?
    Like the Michigandii have over run Leelanau.

    I vote for 'gander'. Why you ask? It keeps more of the vowels of Michigan. The 'a' is pronounced like the 'a' in 'gander'. The 'a' in '..ganian' is different.

    Thus, Michigander is better.

    Michiganian sounds like a camel. Different parts bolted together.
