Is there any chance the Tigers will sign him? He would make the games at Comerica much more interesting next summer. It is not all about money and the Tigers could use both pitching and another power hitter.

No. Tigers are not spending the posting money and there is zero chance he would want to play in Detroit for many reasons.
He has ruled out New York and Boston. That is a bit of a surprise. I suspect Seattle or, perhaps, Los Angeles.
Babe Ruth is the greatest player in baseball history for what he did with the bat, 717 home runs and much more, and on the mound, and 94 wins and a career 2.28 ERA.
Ohtani is the first player with a chance to even think about taking on the that pitcher+hitter greatness. Tigers ballpark would be good for his pitching but not for his hitting. Hopefully he'll end up in the American League.
