Is Cass Corridor part of Midtown?

The city of Detroit has a neighborhood map on one of their websites [[need to drill down in District 5):

While I agree that neighborhood boundaries and nomenclature can be fluid, the Cass Corridor did refer to fairly specific area related to the former land of Lewis Cass.

That is pretty much within what people now call Midtown.
