    This is not a high traffic area like their former location but hopefully customers will find it. I intend to go there when it opens.

    Not as good as downtown but better than being located inside an office building or hotel.

    Agreed.

    He was approached by the Fisher, Whitney and the soon-to-be renovated Metropolitan buildings.

    Of those three, I would have thought the David Whitney was the best choice.

    The Whitney has visibly and prestige, plus it's in a unique position of having an on-site hotel.

    Yet, free parking seemed to be the overriding consideration for the move to The Market.

    The new store will be located on 2472 Riopelle St.

    Hat production could move to a smaller location outside of downtown, and third party retailers could be sought for downtown.

    I always favored the Homburg back when I wore hat to church. It has been pretty much logo baseball cap since then and no hat when I wear a suit.
