^ yea but when we were kids we ate dirt and drank out of a garden hose,I think the biggest problem today is everybody tries to be too sanitary and it’s not allowing ones body to build up its natural immune system.

I think with all the TDS going around people are getting sicker more frequently because of all the induced stress over nothing.

When I was in the military I must of received over 500 different shots, they must be lingering because outside of the occasional cold or hangover I have not been sick in over 40 years.

Unless I drink anything with Vitamin C and I will have a full blown cold the next morning, but we know our bodies and know what works for us as an individual.

They say your body stores plenty of vitamins and dispenses it out as needed and most do not need to take supplements, unless something is off kilter and has a defincey.

^^^ More sanitation wouldn't have hurt China ala their wet-markets!

Further, I was the kid that drank from water hoses, then they found out later the hoses had cancer causing agents particularly leached out as the hose baked in the sun! Everything's changed. And history ain't that rosy.

It's mainly about knowing YOUR body - what it needs season to season etc. What breaks you down - builds you up. I've found my place. Improved my health, even quit cigarettes [[and yes I know of the person living to a 100 smoking - my food tastes better now that I quit - didn't wanna wait 'til 100!).

I'm not the GNC person buying up hundreds of dollars worth of pills to take one time, sad that nothing changed in a month! But I do take some supplements owing to the lack of nutrients in most foods now etc. I am doing well so far...

You don't have to be the Howard Hughes type but the basics of hand-washing never did a body bad. I wish you good health onward.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! Supreme Court just ruled that New York City District Attorney Cyrus Vance can have access to Donald Trump's tax returns and financial records as part of a subpoena into a criminal investigation for bank fraud and tax fraud.

Want to know the absolute funniest part? BOTH of Trump's Supreme Court picks, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, voted with the majority. It was a 7-2 decision. Even Trump's own picks were like "yeah, the prosecutors can have all of his documents." LOL!

Except that's not exactly what happened. This decision is mixed at best, with most of it going back to lower courts. There's still no concrete decision on whether or not all of Trump's tax returns will be released to the NY prosecutor, only that they can be.

Is that the Breitbart/Fox News spin? Correct, they got sent back to the lower courts and Trump got a reprieve on Congress getting his tax returns [[which is a moot point now, since Congress wasn't going to impeach him a second time five months before the election). But their majority opinion in the Vance case was pretty clear cut...U.S. Presidents are NOT immune to the rule of the law and Vance's subpoena is 100% valid. That the Vance case was sent back to the lower court is merely a formality meant to delay the release of Trump's tax returns until after the election so as not to be seen as SCOTUS putting its thumb on the scales for Biden. Make no mistake, Cyrus Vance WILL get Trump's documents, that is 100% certain.

Just to clarify what SCOTUS did, they AFFIRMED the lower court ruling and remanded it back to the lower court for further review. In this case, the lower court is the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. This is the same court that ruled UNANIMOUSLY in favor of Cyrus Vance when they ruled on this case back in November 2019. Now, in your expect legal opinion, do you think the judges of the Second Circuit will have changed their minds in the past 8 months on this case, especially in light of the fact that the Supreme Court just AGREED with their original ruling? Genuine question, is that what you think? You pinning your hopes on that?

Let me educate you on how this will play out. The decision is now remanded back to the Second Circuit after SCOTUS affirmed their original ruling in favor of Cyrus Vance. The Second Circuit will now examine the issue of whether or not the President of the United States is immune from criminal investigation while in office, which they did not consider in their original ruling. Now keep in mind, SCOTUS DID consider this argument, and by a 7-2 ruling, they just said "NO, the President is NOT immune from criminal investigation just because he's the President."

So, now for your little wet dream fantasy to play out, the Second Circuit would have to reconsider that argument and not only decide that they were wrong, but that SCOTUS was also wrong [[again, 7-2 ruling). Do you want to bet money on that? Because there's plenty of online betting escrow services and I'll take that bet if you want to wager real money on it.

In Summary: This will kick around the courts for a few more months, the Second Circuit will "review" the case and come to the exact same conclusion that SCOTUS did, and then Cyrus Vance gets everything he wants sometime in early 2021 after the election has already been decided. This was just the SCOTUS way of punting the implementation until after the election.

Oh and in case you weren't paying attention, Trump went absolutely ape-shit on Twitter today. He had a full-on meltdown about how much of a victim he is and how unfair the rulings were. Big victory though?

Here's how this plays out. Trump loses the election in November. Vance gets his financial documents, tax returns, and bank records sometime in early 2021. Trump is indicted on numerous felony counts of bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax fraud in late 2021.

What I'm wondering is if the Biden Admin will also choose to prosecute for Campaign Finance crimes for Trump's role as "Un-Indicted Co-Conspirator 1" in the Michael Cohen case. Trump did not report his hush money payments as a campaign expense, which they were. Again, illegal, and he's nailed dead to rights. Only reason why the SDNY didn't charge Trump alongside Cohen was because DoJ policy prohibits indicting a sitting President. That's the only reason. Trump is literally implicated as a co-conspirator in Cohen's felony offenses in the DoJ's own charging documents.

No more of this "oh we can't prosecute Nixon because it will tear the country apart" logic. Americans need to see Trump go to prison so that everyone knows that no one is above the rule of law. If his supporters want to turn terrorist over it, so be it. They can share his fate.

A lot of people are trying to figure out what he meant with the "for the 1/100 times" comment. I figure he thought it to himself and forgot to say it outloud.
Must say, thought, that was a great meltdown.

He was in the news again just today:

Ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen taken back into federal custody
Michael Cohen, the former personal attorney for President Donald Trump, was sent back to prison Thursday after refusing to sign a home confinement agreement barring him from publishing a book or speaking to the media, according to law enforcement officials and Cohen's attorneys.

Cohen was taken into custody by U.S. marshals after arriving at a New York federal courthouse Thursday morning to sign home confinement documents, said his lawyer Jeffrey Levine.

Law enforcement officials said Cohen, who had been released from prison due to coronavirus concerns, refused to sign the agreement prohibiting him from interacting with the media or writing a book....
    And this:

Michael Cohen may have violated the terms of his prison release by eating out at a restaurant in Manhattan

Michael Cohen was spotted potentially breaking the terms of his prison release by dining out at a Manhattan restaurant with friends Thursday night, according to a report from the New York Post....

Eating out appears to be a violation of the conditions of his release. According to a description of what furloughs entail on the Bureau of Prisons website, inmates on furlough must not "leave the area of his/her furlough without permission, except for traveling to the furlough destination, and returning to the institution."...

"An inmate who violates the conditions of a furlough may be considered an escapee...and may be subject to criminal prosecution and institution disciplinary action," the document states.

You guys remind me of a balloon, you get all this breaking news, bombshells and unconfirmed sources that pump your balloons up and then a short time later,it’s like releasing them in the air and watching them spin about as they fizzle out.

    Is that considered insiteing voilence?

Why do Americans need to see Trump go to prison ?

You have been touting that narrative for over 3 years and every time you have been wrong.

What Americans need to see is put up or shut up,because time after time everything you guys have put out there has turned into a big failure.

Trump fills his campaign promises while the dems have had 3 years of failure after failure.

O but we impeached him, that and a wooden nickel will get you what?

You guys are a trip,Trump this Trump that.

What do you have to show for 3.5 years of whining? Biden and a list as long as the Mississippi River of failures.

You are proud of that? What has the Democratic Party done for the country outside of jacking flood insurance rates up from all of the tears.

The objective is to make this a better country for everybody and you guys have done zero and not carried your weight, the Republicans have had to pick up your slack and carry your weight for a change.

Or pin your hopes on Biden and the marxists.

Trump's planned rally in New Hampshire this weekend, his attempt to bounce back and regain momentum after his embarrassing failure of a rally in Tulsa, has been indefinitely postponed due to "weather."

Guess they couldn't find enough elderly white people willing to risk their own lives to attend his COVID party.

You are forgetting an additional 8 million tuned in on media to watch him.

Compared to Biden’s 36 people or the ever so popular we suicide em daily Hillary with town hall of 50 people max.

Apparently you never watch his rallies because you do not even have a clue of who his base is.

I guess that is why the immense failure streak continues and people just cannot figure out why.

In case you have not noticed, your primary candidate shell and hopeful savior from the big bad orange guy,Is an elderly white guy.

aj just defined "elderly white people" as enemies of the Democratic Party. "Elderly white people" are just that unless they are very rich liberals, especially in highly taxes blue states, demanding tax deductions that Trump took away from them.

My husband and I are "elderly" white people who are most definitely not rich but very liberal and we can't wait until Trump is out of office, and we don't much care how he is out as long as he is out. And I have many, many other non-rich liberal "elderly" friends who feel exactly the same way.

^ look at the bright side, you only have 4 years and a 4 month's more to deal with him.

+1,000. I don't see how anyone of sane mind, defends the most corrupted administration in US history. His accomplishments are nil and transparent, and haven't affected good for the majority of the masses. I'm not a fan of Biden either, I have no party affiliation, but he at least has empathy, for what's going on about social issues, and the pandemic [[ of which 45's lack of response, caused thousands more deaths than needed.) 45 is a racist dictator that doesn't give a s_it about anything, that isn't self-serving. Lock him up, and throw away the key...

^ its always good to have hopes and dreams in life but Trump is just getting started.

The last 4 months have “woke” people to the stark reality of liberalism,it will be just like last time, everybody will stay silent under fear of being attacked but when it comes time to push that button, they will be muttering under their breath, payback is a Bitc*,enjoy your next four years.

You really cannot be that optimistic considering you started trying to get him out of office before even he was sworn in but yet here we are,you still get to see his smiling face day after day, year after year.
