You're not saying anything Richard. You're just characterizing without pointing to any facts. Numerous government officials have said the President linked foreign aid with investigation of the Bidens. Just recently a tape was released of Trump responding to the Ukrainian thugs [[isn't it amazing who he hangs out with?) to just fire the ambassador if it will help get the Biden investigation. These are facts, not vague characterizations which you are full of. Do you not agree that Trump did this? What's your defense of Trump?

They had 13 witnesses that had bombshell evidence against Trump,until they questioned them.

The presidents legal team was not allowed to question the witnesses in the House and the house refused to accept witnesses with attorney representation,that in itself is a violation of ones constitutional rights.

Everybody has a right to legal representation during questioning,the House denial of allowing those rights only have them witnesses that had second and third hand knowledge and only presented thier views and opinions of alleged events.

The book has not been released.

The draft was presented to the NSC for review in order to check for classified material.

NSC claims nobody outside of them reviewed the draft and they released no information contained to the press.

John Bolton’s attorney said that the draft was only reviewed by the NSC and no authorization was given to release any content to the media.

The media releases a bombshell report about something that John Bolton said in the draft..

That is the witnesses of the day that will provide the bombshell evidence that will change everybody's mind?

Some would call that grasping at straws.

Add to that,Lt Col Vindman,who’s bombshell testimony flopped in the House has a brother that works in the NSC.

In theory he could have leaked the information to the press but then we would need to investigate the NSC and its role when it comes to classified state secrets being leaked to the press,which totally undermines the role of then NSC and its creditability on the National and international stage.

It would also discredit Bolton’s future testimony because it would have been acquired by illegal means and against national security,in other words dealing with treason within the NSC.

Opposition doesn't denote automatic dismissal. Investigating a political rival isn't farce. Its about Trump doing this. Its clear as day Richard. He did it. Bolton, numerous witnesses. You don't get 6 guys saying that's what they understood to be the situation and they're all wrong.

How many witnesses did Republicans call? Only one impeachment historian spoke for Republicans. Not the Chief of Staff, not the Sec of State, none testified for Trump. Why? Very simple. They don't have the truth to back him up so they stayed silent. They needed legal counsel so bad they were afraid to figure out how to bend the truth on their own.

We have had that discussion until the cows come home.

Impeachment is a nuclear option,if you are going to use it you better have your ducks in a row and have some solid evidence and bi partisan support.

You ask me if I think Trump deserves impeachment.

It is not about if he deserves it,it is about having the evidence to prove high crimes.

The house messed up in their rush to impeachment,if they had the facts and proof that they said multiple times they had then there would be no questions or disputes.

It was their duty to collect and present those facts to the senate,they did not do their duty.

The senate views it as even if the allegations were true they still do not reach the level of high crimes,so no impeachable offense.

We are a nation of laws and governed by the constitution.

What kind of message does it send to the citizens that if you do not agree with the oppositions policies then instead of finding common ground you just impeach them.

There were protests in the New York subways over the weekend because people do not like it when their constitutional rights are violated.

The message sent by the House was it is okay to twist the rights of others and not follow the law in order to achieve a goal.

How does that resonate in the streets if the same policy is applied to the citizens.

We already know,cities burn from the rioting.

Every time the left has gone after the president and even before he became president articles of impeachment had been drawn up.

Every single time it has been turned into a major cluster phuck with zero results.

Every single time accusations were made but never proved.

History is not going to remember that the house impeached Trump,they will remember the blind hate that drove a party to recklessly go after an elected official,and was willing to ignore thier legal obligations and follow the laws set by the constitution.

Maybe not, but the same can be said of Robert DiNero, Ellen Degeneres, Oprah and nearly a dozen other Hollywood celebrities that were given the same award by President Obama. I'm not a fan of any President handing out what has basically become a popularity award, but Trump has [[so far) been far less generous in issuing them than Obama was. Like or hate Rush Limbaugh, his presence in talk radio has been undeniable for decades, and the fact that he likely only has a short time left on this planet probably played a significant role in him receiving it.
