The house handed off the impeachment to the senate after claiming they had damning and solid evidence,all they had was hearsay and what people told them with 3 hand knowledge.

They could have had a full house investigation and call witnesses as it was their job to do,they were the ones that were supposed to have the facts to present.

They presented no facts or proof at trial and claim it is the gops fault for not calling the witnesses that they were supposed to?

They rushed it in order to be finished by Christmas,57 days,they submitted then retracted a direct witness request because they did not want to wait for the judge.

Next time you go to court,tell the prosecutor that you will be in charge of acquiring the evendence against you.

The Dems only goal was to impeach the president,any means necessary.

Democracy won because she said people are innocent until proving them guilty,you just not make it up as you go along because it is what you think it is.

Shiff repeated multiple times that Trump colluded with the Russians in order to win the 2016 elections,during the hearings,even after it was disproved he was still basing it on because he believed so it happened.

Numerous government officials have said the President linked foreign aid with investigation of the Bidens. Just recently a tape was released of Trump responding to the Ukrainian thugs [[isn't it amazing who he hangs out with?) to just fire the ambassador if it will help get the Biden investigation. These are facts, not vague characterizations which you are full of. Do you not agree that Trump did this? What's your defense of Trump?

They had 13 witnesses that had bombshell evidence against Trump,until they questioned them.

The presidents legal team was not allowed to question the witnesses in the House and the house refused to accept witnesses with attorney representation,that in itself is a violation of ones constitutional rights.

Everybody has a right to legal representation during questioning,the House denial of allowing those rights only have them witnesses that had second and third hand knowledge and only presented thier views and opinions of alleged events.

This whole charade of investigating a political rival for corruption is a joke.

How do you say nobody is above the law but yet make exceptions if one is running for office?

You could flip it and say that the Democrats investigation of President Trump is null because he is a political rival of a democratic candidate.

If there was a concern about corruption then it should not matter who is a candidate,it should have no play in the decision.

The book has not been released.

The draft was presented to the NSC for review in order to check for classified material.

NSC claims nobody outside of them reviewed the draft and they released no information contained to the press.

John Bolton’s attorney said that the draft was only reviewed by the NSC and no authorization was given to release any content to the media.

The media releases a bombshell report about something that John Bolton said in the draft..

That is the witnesses of the day that will provide the bombshell evidence that will change everybody's mind?

Some would call that grasping at straws.

Add to that,Lt Col Vindman,who’s bombshell testimony flopped in the House has a brother that works in the NSC.

In theory he could have leaked the information to the press but then we would need to investigate the NSC and its role when it comes to classified state secrets being leaked to the press,which totally undermines the role of then NSC and its creditability on the National and international stage.

It would also discredit Bolton’s future testimony because it would have been acquired by illegal means and against national security,in other words dealing with treason within the NSC.

Opposition doesn't denote automatic dismissal. Investigating a political rival isn't farce. Its about Trump doing this. Its clear as day Richard. He did it. Bolton, numerous witnesses. You don't get 6 guys saying that's what they understood to be the situation and they're all wrong.

All you need to do is re-read your posts and then you will see why the impeachment fails in the senate.

All you are doing is coming up with accusations and then trying to pass them off as facts,then when somebody disagrees with you then they are talking BS.

Why do you think that it was okay for the house to deny witnesses their constitutional rights to have legal counsel present,while claiming to be protecting the constitution?

The house did not allow the senate to call witnesses on their time,why should the senate allow or be forced to call witnesses on the senates time?

That whole thing is about separation of powers and we had the house trying to dictate how it should be done and what everybody should believe.

Democracy will win when the senate throws it out.

You keep bringing up Bolton as a fact,you apparently have information that nobody else does,makes me think you are full of BS while claiming others are.

Show me your documented facts about what Bolton May have printed,if you cannot why do you keep thinking it has relevance?

Schiff called Bolton as a witness during the house investigation,Bolton offered to testify,Schiff withdrew the request for Bolton at that time.

Why did he do that?

Then all of the sudden at the 9th hour ,Bolton has a reported bombshell that everybody has said they never released information that contained it.

You do not notice every sense Trump has been president the amount of bombshells that were dropped just before a book release?

Do not fret though,come Thursday Trump will still be your president and the way it is looking he will also be in 2021.
