Why didn't I think of something like this? Dammit!
Whoever this guy is, he has the brains of a genius!

ya know, they bust dozens of people a year in detroit for doing that. from how many people did he steal?
A few years back some enterprising fellows got a couple of orange cones and some vests and printed a sign saying, "Parking $5.00" and set it up at Almendinger Park in Ann Arbor for one of the UM football games. After they stuffed the park full of cars, they took the cash, cones, and sign and walked away.
Unbeknownst to the poor game-goers, there's no parking allowed in the city parks and they all were towed by the police during the game and had to pay impound duties and parking tickets to leave town.
The entrepreneurial spirit at work.
Is it true, or urban myth? Either way...clever, but still not something to admire.
Really?
Isn't this the same thing the Rethuglicans did on the way out the door last fall?
Paraphrasing Henry Paulson to Congress:
"I need 700 billion to bail out the financial markets- here, sign this two page document, or there will be anarchy in the streets."
And done without a gun!
Now there's some stones to admire!
Paulson is a Democrat BTW.
