    Royce, with the Renaissance Center already sticking out like a sore thumb for over 1/3 of a century, I think that a 60 story building would do nothing more than balance out the lopsided-ness that is downtown Detroit.

    Since we have no clue to appearance, I Photoshopped what would be about 60 stories onto the Hudson's site, as seen from the water.... looks OK to me to help balancing out the lopsided Detroit skyline....
