The old 640 Temple building which has been offices for government is going to be re-purposed into residential.
The building is near the Masonic and Cass Park. Any building which is redeveloped in that area helps that important neighborhood. Good news, indeed.
There seems to be a good bit of real estate activity west of Cass.
