    Back in the 70's, the honorable William Cahalan, Wayne County Prosecutor and noted member of the Irish Mafia shut the place down. Channel 7 Action News asked him if this would curb prostitution in the area, "No" he replied, "I believe this is simply a case of coitus interuptus."
