Does the city own all these buildings still? How many other vacant commercial buildings is the city holding back from the market? Have they ever posted a notice for tax sale for investors to buy them in the Free Press? That's a lot of potential tax dollars going down the tubes if they never went through that process. Time for Bing to make a reasonable effort to sell these off to investors to start balancing that budget deficit.
