Rochelle Riley, Angelo Henderson and Andrew Humphrey may not feel too sunny down in the Sunshine State, where fellow members of the National Association of Black Journalists chose others for leadership posts.

At a 5-day Tampa convention wrapping up today, Detroit candidates went 0-3 in these elections:

* President: Henderson, a former DetNews + local Wall Street Journal reporter who now hosts "Your Voice" on WCHB, lost 325 - 248 to a Fox affiliate anchor from Jackson, Miss.

* VP/broadcast: Humphrey, a WDIV meteorologist/reporter lost 282 - 228 to a San Francisco radio reporter.

* VP/print: In the closest race, Freep columnist Riley was just 39 votes behind a Philadelphia Inquirer editor [[298 - 259).
