    It was called the Gateway Center Redevelopment and it was led by Karp and Associates. They've not done any ground up projects yet, and it's been quiet since before the pandemic. Maybe they'll flip the lot to Gilbert depending on the success of the Book.

    Nice video and a beautiful building! Some hate the oozing frosting ornamentation outside but I love it. Classy, interesting, and formal. When built, Washington Blvd. was imagined as a high end district.
