Hopefully it's just a matter of time before a development is announced for the northwest corner of Woodward and Grand Boulevard!

I am hoping that this group eventually does something that wraps around and takes advantage of the large L-shaped lot to the west of the Fisher Building. Something in the 5-10 story range with perhaps a continuation of the retail arcade would be amazing.
