Also the former Wayne State building by 375 and the Roosevelt Hotel. He does seem to finally be investing in his properties.

as someone with a front row seat to that development, it is being half assed and construction has halted. why? because they didnt remove asbestos before moving forward with development and now it has to be taken care of before they can continue. i cant speak to what lowell has seen but from my perspective his reputation is well deserved.
