James Jenkins and Howard McCain are heroes that saved a 9 year old girl's life with compassion, urgency, and the knowledge of CPR.

It makes me feel inspired to do something amazing with my life.

[James Jenkins] and Howard McCain Jr., 35, had received cardiopulmonary resuscitation training from the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department for their jobs, which involve traversing the city's west side maintaining water and sewer services. The two were recently honored by city officials for their quick action in saving the girl's life on Sept. 8.
