My point is that there is no way this lawless behavior would be allowed off St. Clair Shores or the Pointes. So they anchor off Gull Island, not sure who owns that, and we pay for the law enforcement and clean-up. But, hey, it's just good old boys and girls having fun. No need for Mr. Finley's outrage.
