I attended a conference in Birmingham yesterday and Sue Mosey was one of the speakers and she presented quite a few updates about projects in Midtown. She went through about 60 powerpoint slides in 30 minutes full of information, so didn't get a lot of in-depth knowledge but some great things to note...

1. The Live Downtown/Midtown Initiatives now include all the way up to, and includes Boston Edison.
2. She is planning to build 5 more parking decks, financing for 1 is complete
3. Inn on Ferry Street is expanding to purchase another mansion.
4. Midtown Professional Building [[across from Bonstell Theatre) is 95% financed, "very, very close"
5. Selden Standard is still a go, new restaurant at 2nd/Second, to occupy 2 former abandon storefronts.

There are more updates, yet left my notes at home. Will edit this document later.
