I watch people throwing out McDonald's bags and empties while sitting @ the light. Maybe the City can get someone to pick up after them?

Yep, that is at an epidemic level in the city. The crazy thing is that it is such a messed up norm that people that live in the nicer communities do it as well. I just don't understand it.
