Chicago is much more fragmented with competing governments yet people still flock to the City as well as its suburbs. Our problem is not simple. It is a lot more complicated of an issue that includes economics, safety, education, opportunity, and of course a lack of places to get Taco Bell.

Give it six months, if you can.

They're NOT pecking each other to death, they're taking actions to stop the Fox from gobbling them up to satisfy an insatiable appetite to be appeased initially by feeding on some of them now and keeping the rest to satisfy his wants for the future. Unless the Big Mother Hen of the Farmyard gives him a little bit of everybody's feed from inside and outside the chicken coop. Then he'd really be cooping it up.

Detroit proper is a great place compared to a lot of other so-called nicer cities. We just an extreme makeover visually.
