It's a lowest common denominator city. It's a city that picks price over quality almost every time. I could see how that appeals to some people, but it's not for everyone.

That's the mentality of the whole metropolitan area. We'd prefer to save a few cents to couple of dollars. They rather spend that money on fast food and snacks.
