I didn't realize that construction had broken ground the M1...is the area tore up?

In some spots along Woodward. They're still doing utility relocation and haven't gotten to laying down the rails yet.

Obviously M1 construction isn't to blame, because if that were the only problem this could be moved to Hart Plaza right where it used to be.

The fallout: I have had a BUNCH of people tell me/ask me if Movement is cancelled. I wouldn't be surprised if the entire thing was just some ploy to screw with the legitimate festival that Carol wishes she could put on.
