Wurlitzer Bldg Sale Pending

I noticed that there were more tickets taped to the scaffolding in front of the Wurlitzer Building this morning. I actually saw them last week when they took down the fencing in front of the building, but today I snapped some pics.

There are two piles like this, plus one or two individual tickets taped up that have deteriorated to the point of unreadability

There were some workers their last week, but I can't see a lot of progress, other than the fence being down. The fire escape was still there on Friday, but I didn't walk by that side this morning.
