Had a friend ask the following;

"So, I'm in charge of finding a decent location for 4 Friday evenings [[Nov., Dec. & Jan.) to dine up to 25 candidates for our following years residents. We don't necessarily need upscale. We're looking for quaint, fun & somewhere to park. I'd like somewhere that maybe has a seperate room & not noisy. If you can shoot me some ideas, I'd truly appreciate it!"

Does anyone have any experience in hosting a party?
