Yes, you're right. Though "technically" not regarded as part of Lafayette Park, per se, generally, the south side of Lafayette, including, Jean Rivard, and of course, 1300, is part of the Lafayette Park community.

Those are sharp apartments, that are not in the "Mies" style that LP is known for. My sister lived there and loved it. If she were to move back from ATL, she'd move back there in a hot minute, I'm sure.
