It is not 50 feet from the intersection to the playground.

I wanted to bring them up because the typical response is [[to this or anything else) that people in Detroit should just take whatever they can get with no regard for the fact that real people actually live there.

...and real people actually run businesses there.

I live in Detroit and I know real people who live in Corktown. I discussed this with one of them last night. He's very supportive of Mudgie's.
