It's one of those South American fish, kinda like a piranha, but not as aggressive. I forget what they're called. I should get half credit at least.

Clue: There is a place in the US named after them
It looks like it wants to become a primate. I cheated too, so won't name the fish, but it is really eerie how those teeth look so good.
I found places in Bolivia and Mexico, none in the US though.

it is a sheepshead, not the sheepshead great lakes fishers know -- that's a drum fish

When I looked up the picture it came up with the picture of a pacu caught in an Illinois lake.
damn internet has the same picture for about 6 species
