    Forgot to thank Gannon for driving me out there to pick up the bike. I "gently" shut the back door on his head. Hope its not become too big of a welt G.

    No worries, but apparently it has induced a bit of confusion on the trajectory of this conversation...I missed the switch to the other company!

    And I spent forever trying to find the Detroit Bike Factory website to see what the complaint was...
