Detroit Rail Transit, Not going to happen! The private sector sees Detroit as a 80% African American city, with a corrupt city government that is contantly fighting the State of Michigan to get some more money. High violent crime rate, poor public services from police to fire depts. Its population is declining and more vacant and abandon buildings still loomes.
