Wow, a craftsman home that appears big enough for today's standards! Even if to my eye it looks um, standardized. Hopefully with that they added storage, updated the utilities [[especially the electrics), and expanded the kitchen.

I had been looking for the architect of this house for quite some time. I found a listing in Windsor's Municipal Heritage Register. 766 Devonshire Road in Walkerville designed by William E. N. Hunter for Neils C. Ortved is almost identical to this house.

Designed by William E. N. Hunter for Allen H. Zacharis. 669 Virginia Park built in 1909 New Center Area Historic District, Detroit, MI.
