    I cant believe I was so foolish to think those were single record players, I should have known by them names and prices.

    Alot of furniture among other wares were all mass produced locally before the semi truck and transportation industry made locally made stuff more or less obsolete.
    In many locales your skilled furniture craftsman was also your undertaker.

    I don't know the age of that furniture tag, but Detroit did make big changes to the address numbering system in 1920-21. There was massive growth at the time.

    "The Greatest Generation" was a book by Tom Brokaw about the people born in the 1910-1930 generation. Sorry I didn't explain the reference.
