RE: buses being down for extended maintenance and the overall system falling apart:
I thought things had gotten so bad when I saw an old GM "Fishbowl" coach in DSR colors downtown today that they went and pulled out some old relics from the 60s to haul passengers around. Turns out it was just being used for a move shoot. But I bet they coulda made some mad money charging people a buck and taking them several blocks toward their destination!!
