Actually I was considering going to Parking Violations school, or whatever it's called.

All this really makes me happy to live in the Las Vegas area. Free parking everywhere, most of it covered.

Downtown Las Vegas has some street metered parking, but only losers go downtown any more. Most of the meters are around the courts and the detention center.

Gotta say, the parking toads are one of the big reasons I never went downtown unless I had to. I had assigned on-street parking at work with a windshield placard so I was OK as long as I could walk somewhere after work or use the Coleman Train, but other than that, I stayed clear of DT.
