Harbortown or that condo building south of lafayette park on e. lafayette? I heard a lot of famous people live there... Palmer Woods and Sherwood Forest are nice too.

Grandmont Rosedale area is really nice too and underated IMO.

A downtown Toronto Penthouse [[Four Seasons Hotel & Residences) recently sold for 28 million. Of course the asking price was 30 so things are tough all over.

I live on the East Riverfront & although there are some "names" in this particular complex, it's still not as ritzy as something like Indian Village or Palmer Woods yet. I personally think there's more wealth in the city along the Woodward Corridor.
